HF Construction, Special Bogeumjari Loan Interest Rate Frozen in December
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) announced on the 29th that it will freeze the special BoGeumJaRi loan interest rates in December.
The special BoGeumJaRi loan is currently only available in the preferential type for those with a housing price of 600 million KRW and a combined annual household income of 100 million KRW or less.

With the interest rate freeze, the preferential type rates will remain at 4.50% per annum (10 years) to 4.80% per annum (50 years). Low-income youth, newlywed households, and socially vulnerable groups (such as people with disabilities and single-parent families) may receive an additional preferential interest rate (up to 0.8 percentage points), resulting in the lowest rates of 3.70% per annum (10 years) to 4.00% per annum (50 years).
