MFM Korea Contributes Large Parking Tower in Songpa-gu as In-Kind Capital... "Positive for Financial Structure Improvement"
MFM Korea announced on the 24th that it has decided to receive a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase through the contribution of real estate in kind.
The real estate acquired by MFM Korea is located in Geoyeo-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, an area that encompasses the living zones of Songpa, Gangnam, Pangyo, and Bundang, and it is a large parking lot capable of accommodating 290 vehicles simultaneously.
The newly constructed building, completed in August last year, spans from six basement floors to 15 above-ground floors. The parking lot acquired by MFM Korea occupies the basement 6th floor to the 6th floor above ground, while floors 7 through 15 above ground consist of 279 officetel units, which ensures a steady flow of regular customers.
A company representative stated, “The high value of this real estate contributes to the increase in the company’s assets, positively impacting the improvement of the financial structure. Additionally, the parking lot operation revenue generated here currently amounts to approximately 30 million KRW per month,” adding, “Rental income from this property will also be generated on a fixed basis.”

He continued, “Once the surrounding commercial area development is completed, the increase in real estate value and rental income is expected to be significant. After thorough consideration, we decided to acquire the property through an in-kind contribution method.”
