Kim Gyun-ho, a member of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Seo-gu Council, received a certificate of appreciation on the 23rd from the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology Local Autonomy Research Institute in recognition of his dedication to the development of local autonomy in the Republic of Korea.
