Gwangju Bank Launches ‘Business Partner Loan,’ a Dedicated Loan Product for Local Companies
Gwangju Bank announced on the 21st that it has launched a new loan product exclusively for local businesses called the ‘Business Partner Loan’ to commemorate its 55th anniversary.
This product is a new corporate loan that requires real estate collateral located in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions. It supports both working capital and facility funds, with a maximum support limit of up to 7 billion KRW per company.
To alleviate the interest burden caused by the rise in base interest rates, preferential interest rates are also offered compared to the calculated interest rate.
Preferential interest rate conditions include benefits of up to 1.7%p annually based on credit rating, collateral ratio, new corporate loan customers, or refinancing from other financial institutions.
It is expected to significantly boost the local economy by reducing the financial cost burden on small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners.
