A GS Construction sales official said, “There is high interest even before the sale as there is a shortage of new apartment supply around the complex in the highly preferred Yeongtong and Mangpo residential areas,” adding, “As this is a complex with high expectations from buyers, we will do our best to make it a representative complex of the region.”
