CCS Enters Superconductor New Business... "Demonstration and Patents to Be Detailed"
CCS, which appointed a new management team after a change in the largest shareholder, announced on the 21st that it will actively pursue a new business in superconductors.
CCS (CEO Jeong Pyeong-yeong, Kim Young-woo) stated that it completed the appointment of new management at the recent extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and will enter new businesses including room-temperature superconductors, which were added to the business objectives.
A company official said, "Professor Kwon Young-wan and researcher Kim Ji-hoon, who are related to the development of room-temperature superconductors, have joined the new management team," adding, "The new management, professors, and researchers are discussing the schedule for promoting the new business, including demonstrations and patent progress related to the room-temperature superconductor that will be announced soon."
Earlier, on the 16th, CCS held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and appointed Professor Kwon Young-wan of Korea University and former Quantum Energy Research Director Kim Ji-hoon as new directors. Subsequently, at the board meeting, Jeong Pyeong-yeong, co-CEO of GreenBTS, and Kim Young-woo, director of Contents House 210, were appointed as co-CEOs of CCS.
The company is also pursuing funding to accelerate the new business. A company official stated, "Through new funding, we will secure a stable position as the largest shareholder while accelerating investment in the room-temperature superconductor new business."
