Lifelong Learning Stakeholders Capacity Building Training
Goryeong-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, conducted capacity-building training for all lifelong learning stakeholders who are members and instructors of the Goryeong-gun Lifelong Education Council over two sessions on the 9th and 16th.

View original imageThe goal is to create opportunities for capacity building to respond to the changing educational environment for the activation of community-led lifelong learning within the region, and to foster a sustainable learning community built together through solidarity, thereby developing human resources for Goryeong-gun.
Goryeong-gun provided effective knowledge and information to lifelong learning stakeholders by dividing the training into topics such as ▲the role and future direction of lifelong education leaders ▲a mind journey for communication (healing concert) ▲development and teaching methods of village lifelong education programs ▲understanding others and oneself through MBTI.
A council member who participated in the training said, “It was a valuable time to reaffirm the basic philosophy and concepts of lifelong education, and through the healing concert and MBTI, I was able to learn various perspectives necessary for communication. Based on what I learned through capacity building, I will share the joy of learning with local residents.”
A county official stated, “We believe this training course has greatly contributed to the development of lifelong learning infrastructure throughout Goryeong-gun. We will promote the capacity development of lifelong learning stakeholders and create high-quality learning spaces.”
