Gwangju Buk-gu, 12th Senior Choir Regular Concert on the 21st
Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, presents residents with the beautiful harmony of the elderly that decorates winter nights.
According to Buk-gu on the 20th, the "12th Buk-gu Senior Choir Regular Concert" will be held on the 21st from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Buk-gu Cultural Center Performance Hall.
The Buk-gu Senior Choir Regular Concert was prepared to expand the stage experience of senior choir members and to allow residents to enjoy a universal performance culture.
Under the theme "Our Own is the Best," this regular concert will showcase the beautiful harmony of the senior choir in three parts under the direction of conductor Oh Jun-hyuk.
The first and second parts of the stage will be filled with eight fantastic harmonies such as "Gangwon-do Arirang" and "Dadum-i Sound," accompanied by pianist Kim Geun-hyung's piano melodies, and in the third part, three exciting choral performances including "People Are More Beautiful Than Flowers" will resonate along with the jazz group "Lado Band."
Additionally, a special congratulatory stage is prepared featuring the traditional Korean music ensemble "Han Bit," composed of professional gugak musicians' families, and the invited team "Cantabile Singers," who have won numerous awards at national children's song festivals.
The performance is free of charge, and residents wishing to attend can make reservations through Ticketlink or receive tickets on a first-come, first-served basis at the venue on the day of the event.
