Nong-eochon Gong Jeonnam Headquarters Hosts 'Women Talent Academy'
The Jeonnam Regional Headquarters of Korea Rural Community Corporation (Head: Jo Young-ho) announced that it conducted the "Future Competitiveness, KRC Jeonnam Women Talent Academy" for over 60 female employees at the Yeosu Utop Marina Hotel over two days from the 16th to the 17th.

This training was organized to enhance the work capabilities of female talents in the Jeonnam region by activating communication within the organization and providing opportunities for exchange among different departments.
The training, centered on invited professional instructors and dialogue sessions with senior employees, was conducted in the order of team-building activities for mutual understanding, career mentoring with female managers, success of female office workers utilizing their strengths, and field visits to the Saemangeum New Deal project sites.
In particular, the career mentoring session, where female managers within the corporation participated as panelists, shared practical know-how on difficulties and overcoming challenges in organizational life such as balancing work and family and personal communication methods, receiving great responses from the attendees.
Head Jo Young-ho stated, "Regardless of gender and generation, excellent and proactive talents drive organizational growth and enhance competitiveness," adding, "We will continue to strive to create growth conditions by implementing various programs so that female talents can develop competitiveness and grow."
