View original imageThe Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency is recruiting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to move into the Gyeonggi R&DB Center and Gwanggyo Business Center, venture company-exclusive facilities located in the Yeongtong Gwanggyo Technovalley in Suwon.
Gwanggyo Technovalley is a high-tech industrial complex optimized for supporting IT, BT, and NT companies, centered around the Gyeonggi Institute, including the Gyeonggi Bio Center, Next-Generation Convergence Technology Institute, and Nano Technology Institute. Currently, over 130 companies and research institutes are located there. Various support organizations such as the Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation and the Small and Medium Business Corporation are also present.
The available spaces range from 100 to 200㎡, with rent at about 70% of nearby knowledge industry centers. Notably, it is located 30 minutes from Gangnam, and within 1 km of Dong Suwon and Gwanggyo ICs and Gwanggyo Jungang Station on the Shinbundang Line, offering excellent transportation convenience.
Additionally, Suwon City announced a plan in April this year to establish a bio cluster centered on Gwanggyo Technovalley, facilitating business promotion through cooperation with bio companies, research institutions, hospitals, and universities.
