Seoul Gangseo-gu - (Sa) Huimangeul Nanuneun Saramdeul, MOU Signed to Support Vulnerable Groups
Gangseo-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Jin Gyo-hoon) is making efforts to support vulnerable groups in order to build a more comprehensive welfare network.
On the 15th at 5 p.m., Jin Gyo-hoon, Mayor of Gangseo-gu, signed a "Business Agreement for Supporting Marginalized Children and Youth" with Kim Jeong-an, President of the Hope Sharing People Association, at the district office's main conference room.
According to the agreement, both organizations will work together to ▲identify children in educational blind spots ▲provide scholarships and daily necessities support for vulnerable groups.
The Hope Sharing People Association will provide scholarships of 50,000 KRW per month for two years to 20 children from basic livelihood security recipient families.

Additionally, daily necessities packages worth approximately 300 million KRW (including shampoo, detergent, toothpaste, etc.) will be provided to vulnerable groups such as basic livelihood security recipients, elderly living alone, and single-parent families.
