Holding a 'Seafood Consumption Promotion Meeting' at Masan Fish Market
Exchanging Opinions on Revitalizing Seafood and Traditional Markets
BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 15th that it will jointly hold the ‘Local Seafood Traditional Market Revitalization Event (Gat-ihajaang Changwon Seafood Traditional Market BC and Gyeongnam Bank Sea Onnuri Sea Discount Festival)’ with BC Card.
The event, which runs until December 31, aims to invigorate local traditional markets and promote seafood consumption.
Customers who tag their favorite market on the BNK Gyeongnam Bank mobile banking app or Paybook app and use their Gyeongnam BC Card to make a purchase of 20,000 KRW or more at Masan Fish Market or Yongwon Fish Market will receive a 20% discount.
Additionally, if they register their Gyeongnam BC Card as a ‘prepaid card-type Onnuri gift certificate’ after tagging and make a purchase of 20,000 KRW or more, they will receive a 30% discount.
For both events, the maximum discount limit is 30,000 KRW per transaction, and participants can take part up to twice per event, totaling four times during the event period.

Meanwhile, prior to the event, BNK Gyeongnam Bank held a ‘Seafood Consumption Promotion Meeting’ at Masan Fish Market on the 13th.
The meeting was attended by Shin Tae-su, Vice President of BNK Gyeongnam Bank, the head of the card business division, Shim Myung-seop, president of the Masan Fish Market Prosperity Association, and the head of BC Card’s Busan branch, where they exchanged opinions on revitalizing seafood and traditional markets.
Afterwards, BNK Gyeongnam Bank presented souvenirs such as 10 boxes of Kitchen-Up hygiene bags to help Masan Fish Market merchants maintain hygienic practices.
