Lease Announcement for Sepung Baehu Complex, Promoting Attraction of Leading Manufacturing Companies
Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority (President Park Seong-hyun, hereinafter YGPA) announced that it is recruiting companies to move into the Se-pung Port hinterland complex in Gwangyang Port.
The leased sites are being recruited until December 18 for three zones of the Se-pung hinterland complex (approximately 75,000㎡). Eligible applicants are manufacturing corporations with export sales accounting for 20% or more of total sales, and foreign-invested companies under the Foreign Investment Promotion Act are also eligible to apply.
Companies moving in through this recruitment announcement can receive tax reduction benefits such as acquisition tax and property tax, and corporations that sign investment agreements with Jeollanam-do can also receive investment subsidies.
The deadline for submitting business plans is 3:00 PM on Monday, December 18. After a fair process including the first document screening and the second business plan evaluation, the negotiation candidates will be announced on the authority’s website on Friday, December 22.
