Lotte Duty Free Recognized as Premium Partner of 'Alipay Plus'
Lotte Duty Free announced on the 15th that it was recognized as an outstanding partner of Ant Group, China’s largest fintech company, at the ‘Alipay+ Premium Partner’ awards ceremony held in Singapore on the 14th.
On the 14th (local time), at the 'Alipay Plus Premium Partner' awards ceremony held by China's Ant Group in Singapore, the 'Best Business Innovation Award' was received.

Lotte Duty Free was the only domestic company invited to the global awards ceremony selecting premium partners of ‘Alipay+,’ a global cross-border payment and marketing solution. On this day, Lotte Duty Free received the ‘Best Business Innovation Award’ in recognition of its continuous marketing and technical cooperation with Ant Group.
In 2022, Lotte Duty Free resumed marketing targeting global customers and signed a business agreement for strategic business promotion with ‘Alipay+.’ Through this, it introduced Alipay+’s global digital payment solution to enhance convenience for Asian customers and continued its cooperative relationship with Ant Group by introducing the Lotte Internet Duty Free mini program within the application.
Currently, Lotte Duty Free is expanding the adoption of payment methods in 12 markets, including China’s Alipay, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Italy, through Alipay+, thereby increasing convenience for global customers.
