The new products are 'Gamagol Pork Neck King Galbi' and 'Songchu Pork Galbi.' The pork galbi is marinated in Songchugamagol's 40-year traditional secret sauce, allowing for easy cooking at home without additional seasoning or preparation.
The Gamagol Pork Neck King Galbi features pork king ribs with finely scored cuts, aged in a special soy sauce marinade made with fresh domestic ingredients such as Korean pear and garlic, enhancing the meat's juiciness and the savory flavor of the soy sauce. The Songchu Pork Galbi is boneless pork galbi marinated in a sweet and savory soy sauce.
