Saempyo's 'Jilleo' announced on the 15th the launch of three types of 'Jilleo Crispy Cod Skin' that are crispier without any fishy taste.
Jilleo by Saempyo uses only fresh cod skin sourced from the Sea of Okhotsk and eliminates the fishy taste with the top technology in the domestic jerky market. Instead of coating with flour batter and frying, the cod skin is dried and then fried immediately, resulting in no fishy or greasy taste. Additionally, rice puffed under high temperature and high pressure is finely ground and mixed in, making it savory and crispier. One bag (30g) contains 12g of protein, equivalent to two eggs, and more than 2,500mg of collagen, making it a nutritious snack.
