Gyeongnam Police Agency "2024 Public Safety Policy, Asking Residents"
Survey in Korean, English, and Vietnamese
November 16-29, 80 respondents will be selected for a gift raffle
The Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency will conduct a public survey from the 16th to the 29th of this month to establish next year’s public safety policies.
On the 14th, the Provincial Police Agency announced that the survey is being conducted to reflect various voices for a safer Gyeongnam that residents can feel firsthand into the policies.
According to the Provincial Police Agency, the survey will be conducted in three languages: Korean, English, and Vietnamese.
The number of foreign residents in the province increased by about 30% from 119,249 in August last year to 155,435 as of the same month this year. Survey questions were created by selecting two languages most commonly used by the largest groups of foreign residents in the province.
To participate in the survey, access the QR code or direct link provided on the Provincial Police Agency’s official website notice window and social networking services (SNS).
Foreign residents in the province can participate by scanning the separate foreign language QR codes shown on promotional posts or by visiting the Provincial Police Agency, police station civil service offices, or multicultural family support centers in the province.
The Provincial Police Agency plans to draw 80 respondents from among the survey participants on December 13 and provide them with small prizes.
