Andar Achieves Record Q3 Performance... Sales Up 31%, Operating Profit Up 155%
Impact on New Customer Acquisition and Repeat Purchase Increase
Andar announced on the 14th that its sales for the third quarter of this year reached 48.9 billion KRW, and operating profit was 4.5 billion KRW, representing growth of 31% and 155% respectively compared to the third quarter of last year.
As a result, cumulative sales for the third quarter also recorded an all-time high of 144.7 billion KRW, with operating profit reaching 13.2 billion KRW. In particular, operating profit has already surpassed last year's total of 12.6 billion KRW, signaling a record-breaking profit for this year.
This achievement is attributed to the aggressive expansion of new categories and experiential programs that secured new customers, followed by a wave of repurchases driven by word of mouth, successfully ensuring profitability. Notably, by actively introducing products suitable for various activities such as golf, tennis, and water activities in addition to yoga, Pilates, running, and fitness, Andar effectively broadened the scope of athleisure looks. Additionally, classes that allowed customers to experience unique sports like horseback riding, ballet, and American football along with the products contributed to attracting new customers.
