Hanssem to Pay Quarterly Dividend of 3,000 KRW per Share...498 Billion KRW in Total
Payment on the 24th of this month
Hanssem held a board meeting and resolved to pay a quarterly cash dividend of 3,000 KRW per share, as announced on the 13th. The quarterly dividend amounts to 49.8 billion KRW and will be paid on the 24th of this month.
Following the mid- to long-term shareholder return policy announced in November 2021, Hanssem has been enhancing shareholder value by repurchasing treasury shares totaling approximately 108.4 billion KRW from the end of 2021 through last year and conducting quarterly dividends. However, due to the impact of the real estate market downturn, dividends were not paid from the third quarter of last year through the first quarter of this year.
Hanssem stated, "With the strategic focus on recovering housing transactions and improving profitability, cash flow is improving, and we plan to continue implementing shareholder return policies."
