bhc Appoints Lee Hoon-jong as New CEO and Internal Director
bhc announced on the 8th that it held a board meeting to dismiss CEO Im Geum-ok and appoint CFO and Vice President Lee Hun-jong, an inside director, as the new CEO.

Earlier, on the 6th, Global Gourmet Services (GGS), the holding company of bhc, dismissed CEO Park Hyun-jong and appointed inside director Cha Young-su as the new CEO. They also approved the dismissal of former CEO Im and the appointment of the new CEO Lee.
bhc explained that the new CEO Lee will serve as CEO until the ongoing internal committee process for appointing a professional CEO at bhc is completed.
