Shinsegae Duty Free Launches 'Royal Salute 21-Year Richard Quinn Edition 2'
Exclusive Duty-Free Sales at Incheon Airport
Shinsegae Duty Free announced on the 6th that it will exclusively offer the limited edition whiskey 'Royal Salute 21 Year Richard Quinn Edition 2' at duty-free shops.
The Royal Salute 21 Year Richard Quinn Edition 2 is a limited edition whiskey created through a collaboration between the prestigious whiskey brand 'Royal Salute' and Richard Quinn, one of the most influential and innovative designers in the UK.
Richard Quinn, a rising British fashion designer gaining worldwide attention in the fashion industry, planned this edition with the concept of 'the meeting of whiskey and fashion.' This is the second limited edition in which Richard Quinn personally participated in both the design and blending, drawing particular interest.
True to Richard Quinn’s reputation, the exterior design of this limited edition attempts a modern style to visually express the aroma and taste of the product, presenting a strong and innovative mood. Especially impressive are the vibrant colors and designs that represent the fruity and smoky scents of the whiskey, which are expected to evoke a desire to collect among holiday season travelers and liquor enthusiasts.
This edition was released in three designs using patterns frequently employed by Richard Quinn, and the designs sold at Shinsegae Duty Free are exclusive to duty-free shops and can only be found there. To commemorate the launch, special objects embodying the Richard Quinn edition will be exhibited in front of the Royal Salute store located at Shinsegae Duty Free Incheon Airport Branch (T1) until the 30th.
