The Israeli military has announced that it has struck more than 2,500 Hamas-related facilities within the Gaza Strip so far.
On the 5th (local time), the Israeli military stated in a press release, "Since the ground operation began in earnest about a week ago, the ground forces, air force, and navy have targeted over 2,500 Hamas facilities."
The Israeli military previously announced that it began limited military operations in the northern Gaza Strip on the 22nd. From the 27th, five days later, ground forces have been stationed in Gaza Strip conducting operations.
