The golf membership market is showing an overall slight downward trend.
According to Donga Membership Exchange on the 4th, the average price of 100 major memberships traded nationwide is 250.1 million KRW. This is a slight increase of 0.07% compared to last week. By price range, the ultra-high price segment fell by 0.04%, the high price segment by 0.06%, and the low price segment by 0.13%. On the other hand, the mid-price segment jumped by 0.59%. Donga Membership Exchange analyzed, "Inquiries for buying at the low point are gradually increasing, but the market is still passive," adding, "Some items have accumulated supply with no transactions, only asking prices are dropping. Due to insufficient trading volume, a slight downward trend is expected for the time being."
The average price in the central region is 283.47 million KRW, down 0.04% from last week. In Namseoul, supply has accumulated, causing a 1.68% drop. The Castlelex Seoul - maintenance fee also fell by 2.15% as buying offers decreased. Eunhwasam recently rose 1.83% due to inflows of individual and corporate buyers. Jeil dropped 0.86%, Songchu 0.75%, Hanyang 0.75%, and Hanwon 1.69%. Team leader Park Cheon-ju said, "In the central region membership market, inquiries for buying at low points are increasing, but the large gap in asking prices results in insufficient trading volume," and predicted, "The slight downward trend will continue for the time being."

The average price in the southern region is 163.74 million KRW, up 0.55% compared to last week. Dongnae Benest and Daegu jumped 1.76% and 1.43%, respectively. However, Dongbusan fell 1.72% amid cautious low-point buying. Gyeongju Shilla dropped 0.70%, Ulsan 2.17%, and Changwon 1.41%. Bayside has supply appearing, but the battle of wits between sellers and buyers is intense. Team leader Lee Yun-hee forecasted, "The southern region membership market will show a sideways trend with differentiation by item."
