Gwangju Science Museum Successfully Hosts Event for Aspiring Young Scientists
The National Gwangju Science Museum announced on the 3rd that it successfully concluded an event inviting young science enthusiasts.
The event took place over two sessions on the 24th of last month and the 1st of this month, held at the Starlight Nuri Hall, the museum's educational lodging facility, with a schedule of one night and two days.
Various programs such as exhibitions, education, hands-on experiences, and astronomical observations were prepared, with 156 participants including elementary and middle school students.
Detailed programs included 'Exhibition Hall Mission,' where participants toured the exhibition and solved quizzes about the scientific principles behind the exhibits; 'Automata,' where they learned the principles of mechanical operation; and 'Fly Aero Rocket,' where they built and launched rocket kits themselves.
