The Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association announced on the 2nd that on the 31st of last month (local time), it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Santa Clara Korean American Chamber of Commerce in Silicon Valley, USA, to mutually cooperate in strengthening the global management capabilities of women-owned businesses and supporting their entry into the U.S. market.

The main contents of the MOU include establishing a cooperative network to enhance the corporate capabilities of member companies from both organizations, supporting small and medium-sized women entrepreneurs in pioneering the U.S. market and exporting products, discovering startup women-owned businesses, and fostering global women CEOs through education on entrepreneurship and business operations.
The signing ceremony was attended by Lee Jeong-han, president of the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association, and Bang Ho-yeol, president of the Santa Clara Korean American Chamber of Commerce, among others.
