[Tomorrow's Weather] Clear in the South, Cloudy in the Central Region... Rain in Seoul at Times
On the first day of November, the central region is expected to be mostly cloudy, while the southern region and Jeju Island will be mostly clear.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 31st, rain will begin in the northern part of Gyeonggi Province and the northern Yeongseo region of Gangwon Province in the late early morning, expanding to the rest of the Seoul metropolitan area and Yeongseo region of Gangwon by morning, then mostly stopping by evening. Rain is expected in the northern part of Chungbuk Province between 3 and 6 PM in the late afternoon.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and 'good' to 'moderate' in other regions. The Yeongseo region of Gangwon, Chungbuk, and Chungnam provinces will temporarily experience 'bad' levels in the morning and at night.

Sea waves are predicted to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East and West Seas, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea.
