Daegu Bank Launches 'Preferred Credit Loan for Social Workers'
DGB Daegu Bank announced on the 31st that it has launched the ‘DGB Social Worker Preferential Credit Loan,’ which offers preferential loan interest rates to social workers.
The ‘DGB Social Worker Preferential Credit Loan’ is an in-person exclusive product that can be applied for at branches, with a maximum loan limit of 150 million KRW. It is available to customers who have obtained a social worker certificate and are either operating or employed at social welfare institutions. If income proof is available, loan applications can be made within the total debt service ratio (DSR) limits. Apart from the social worker certificate, the required documents are the same as those for general credit loans.
As of the announcement date, the loan interest rates are as follows: for lump-sum repayment loans, a minimum of 5.24% to a maximum of 9.11%; for installment repayment loans, a minimum of 5.89% to a maximum of 9.81%; and for account loans, a minimum of 5.75% to a maximum of 9.11%. These rates are more than 1% lower than DGB Daegu Bank’s general credit loan rates. Interest rates vary depending on credit rating, repayment method, and banking transaction history.
