Park Ji-young Appointed as Deputy Superintendent of Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education
Park Ji-young, the newly appointed Deputy Superintendent of Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education, will officially begin her duties on November 1.
According to the Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education on the 31st, Park Ji-young graduated from Ewha Womans University with a degree in Mathematics Education and earned a master's degree in Business Administration from Ajou University.
She entered public service through the 42nd Administrative Examination in 1998 and has held key positions including Director of the After-School Care Policy Division at the Ministry of Education, Director of the Education Opportunity Guarantee Division, Planning and Coordination Officer at the National Education Council of the Ministry of Education, International Cooperation Officer at the Planning and Coordination Office, and Head of the Support Team for the Yeosu-Suncheon 10·19 Incident at the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
