Paradise Hotel Busan Launches 'Taste Delight' Gourmet Promotion
Paradise Hotel Busan announced on the 31st that it will hold the ‘Taste Delight’ gourmet promotion, allowing guests to fully enjoy the late autumn atmosphere of November with all their senses.
The bakery 'Paradise Boutique' on the first floor of the main building will run the 'Sweet Autumn' promotion until the 30th of next month. Guests can experience a feast of autumn-limited desserts filled with seasonal fruits such as apple mille-feuille, fig mousse, and persimmon mousse. The warm-colored, Instagrammable visuals add to the pleasure of viewing, delivering a delightful sweetness that fills the mouth.
On the 2nd of next month, the Italian restaurant ‘La Scala’ will host a joint gala dinner with Paradise City. Chef Daniel Hwang of Paradise Hotel Busan and Chef Cekato Maurizio of Paradise City will present a premium course meal full of autumn gourmet dishes. The lavish banquet includes main dishes such as ‘Carabinero shrimp,’ known as the most delicious shrimp in the world, porcini mushroom pasta, Korean beef tenderloin steak, as well as various desserts and wine pairings.
At ‘Bar NYX,’ a special guest bartending event will be held in collaboration with ‘Zest,’ a famous zero-waste cocktail bar in Cheongdam. Zest, awarded ‘Asia’s Best Bar’ and ‘World’s Best Bar’ in 2023, pursues ‘sustainable fine drinking’ and is highly popular among the MZ generation with Korean-style cocktails made from domestic seasonal ingredients. At the event on the 11th of next month, owner bartender Kim Dohyung will personally prepare signature cocktails for guests to enjoy.
