Busan Port Authority Participates in National Employment Support System Work Experience Program
Busan Port Authority (BPA) will participate in the Ministry of Employment and Labor's 'National Employment Support System Work Experience Program' and provide three job-seeking youths with opportunities to gain work experience starting this November.
The National Employment Support System Work Experience Program is one of the employment support services under the 'Job Seekers Employment Promotion Act,' allowing job seekers to gain work experience in public and private companies, with the Ministry of Employment and Labor providing wage support to the companies.
BPA will select three individuals to work as interns at the New Port Branch from November 1, 2023, to January 31, 2024, for three months. To allow job seekers from the Gyeongnam region to participate, the workplace has been set at the New Port Branch, located on the border between Busan and Changwon City, Gyeongnam.
