BNK Busan Bank Obtains International IT Service Management Standard 'ISO 20000' Certification
BNK Busan Bank has become the first regional bank to obtain the ISO20000 certification, an international standard for IT service management and operation, from the British Standards Institution (BSI).
The ISO20000 certification is an international standard certification system that verifies whether companies or organizations providing IT services have the capability to effectively manage and deliver services according to consumer demands. The British Standards Institution (BSI) conducts on-site inspections to verify compliance with international standards and grants the certification.
