A multipurpose gymnasium where various ball sports can be played will open in Maesong-myeon, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.
Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do announced on the 30th that the Maesong Multipurpose Gymnasium, built at 380-1 Eocheon-ri, Maesong-myeon, will officially open on the 31st.

The Maesong Multipurpose Gymnasium is a two-story building with a total floor area of 1,105㎡, equipped with a gymnasium for sports such as badminton, basketball, and volleyball, as well as convenience facilities including changing rooms and showers. It was temporarily opened on June 26 and will begin official operations on the 31st.
Accordingly, the usage fee, which was free during the temporary operation period, will be charged starting from that day. The facility opening hours are from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Before the official opening, on the 30th, an opening ceremony was held with attendance from Mayor Jeong Myeong-geun of Hwaseong and other officials.
