LG Uplus, together with Hyundai Motor and Kia Robotics Lab, is building a communication infrastructure ecosystem in a robot-friendly building where cars park and charge themselves, and robots deliver packages to my workspace. LG Uplus announced on the 30th that it has signed a business agreement with Hyundai Motor Group to establish a robot-friendly building communication infrastructure ecosystem.

View original imageThe business agreement ceremony held on the 25th at the LG Uplus Yongsan headquarters was attended by key officials from both companies, including Lim Jang-hyuk, Executive Director of LG Uplus New Business Group, and Hyun Dong-jin, Managing Director of Hyundai Motor and Kia Robotics Lab. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly develop a total robotics solution for robot-friendly buildings, including ▲robot solution supply ▲robot-dedicated communication service supply ▲joint development of robot-friendly building communication standards/certification systems.
