Europe Ends Daylight Saving Time... Time Difference with Korea is '8 Hours'
In Europe, daylight saving time (DST) ends on the 29th (local time) this year, increasing the time difference with South Korea to 8 hours.
According to major foreign media on the 28th, in Europe, the clock will be adjusted from 3 a.m. to 2 a.m. on the 29th. This marks the end of DST, which began on March 26.
DST is a system that moves the standard time forward by one hour to prepare for longer daylight hours in summer. When DST ends before winter, the clock is set back by one hour.

The European Union (EU) has been starting and ending DST on the last Sundays of March and October since 1996. The next start of DST will be on March 31 next year.
