40s Man Fishing on Rocky Shore Isolated by High Tide... Rescued by Changwon Coast Guard
A man in his 40s who was fishing on a rocky shore off the coast of Changwon, Gyeongnam, became trapped by rising water and was rescued by the Coast Guard.
According to the Changwon Coast Guard Station on the 28th, Mr. A was trapped on the rocky shore near Sim-ri, Gusan-myeon, Masanhappo-gu, Changwon City, around 8 p.m. on the 27th while fishing.
At around 7:50 p.m. that day, Mr. A finished fishing and was trying to leave when he became trapped by the rising water level due to high tide and could not escape, prompting him to report to the Coast Guard.
Changwon Coast Guard is checking the health condition of a person stranded on a rocky shore after rescue.

The Changwon Coast Guard dispatched patrol vessels and a rescue team to the scene to rescue Mr. A.
Upon arrival, they confirmed that Mr. A was in good health and moved him to nearby land.
