"Joint Effort to Create Jobs for High School Graduates"… Korea Student Aid Foundation and Industrial Bank of Korea Sign MOU
The Korea Student Aid Foundation (Chairman Bae Byeong-il) and IBK Industrial Bank (Vice President Lim Mun-taek) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the 25th at the IBK Industrial Bank headquarters to promote high school graduate recruitment.
The Korea Student Aid Foundation operates the Central Employment Support Center established by the Ministry of Education to create fair growth paths for young high school graduates by discovering new jobs that reflect the aptitudes and capabilities of vocational high school students, and carries out activities to promote employment for high school graduates.
This MOU was signed to establish a mutual cooperation system for high school graduate recruitment and to operate and improve a recruitment platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, aiming to realize a capability-centered fair society.

View original imageIBK Industrial Bank has been running job projects since 2009 and held a total of 67 job fairs until 2022. A total of 640,000 people participated in the fairs, and the bank operates ‘i-ONE JOB,’ a specialized employment portal for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The Korea Student Aid Foundation and IBK Industrial Bank will strengthen cooperation to create an environment for high school graduate recruitment by discovering recruitment demands for vocational high school students, providing opportunities for company visits and experiential learning, linking the employment portals of both institutions (i-ONE JOB, Goseolmanjob) via Open API, and jointly hosting youth recruitment support events.
The Korea Student Aid Foundation plans to participate in the ‘Chamjoeun Donghaeng Job Fair’ hosted by IBK Industrial Bank on November 21 by providing opportunities for company visits and experiences through youth career exploration and career design projects in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and metropolitan/provincial offices of education, and by promoting employment support programs for youth.
IBK Industrial Bank plans to discover companies with recruitment demands, provide recruitment support services, promote career exploration projects for small and medium-sized enterprises, and offer financial support to companies creating jobs.
