Daejeon City "Youth Monthly Rent Support... Up to 200,000 KRW per Month for 1 Year"
Daejeon City has finalized the selection of beneficiaries for the youth monthly rent support program for the second half of this year.
On the 26th, Daejeon City announced that it recently recruited participants for the program targeting single-person households of homeless youth aged 19 to 39 and ultimately selected a total of 1,500 people.
A total of 3,744 people applied. Among them, Daejeon City prioritized those with higher total scores by applying weighting factors such as income (60%) and rent (40%) for each candidate.
The selected beneficiaries will receive monthly rent support of up to 200,000 KRW for 12 months.
The total number of beneficiaries selected by Daejeon City this year is 3,000, which is 1,800 more than last year (1,200).

The selection results were announced the day before on the Daejeon Monthly Rent Support website and notified individually via text message.
