Fashion company F&F has been selected as the preferred negotiation partner for the acquisition of the Centerpoint Gangnam building.
F&F stated in a disclosure on the 25th, "We have been verbally notified as the preferred negotiation partner for the acquisition of the Centerpoint Gangnam building, but the purchase decision and specific contract terms are undecided."
Centerpoint Gangnam is a building being constructed by Maston Investment Management near Gangnam Station, with completion targeted for the second half of next year. It is a 14-story building above ground and 6 stories underground, with a total floor area of 27,024㎡ (8,175 pyeong).
