Gwangju Dong-gu, Positive Response to Infant Forest Experience Communicating with Nature
Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, announced on the 25th that it received great response by holding a forest experience event for young children called ‘Deguldegul Yeolmaeya Nolja’ at the Neoritjae Toddler Forest Experience Center, where children can interact with nature.
This program was designed to help children freely run and play while developing imagination and creativity through various forest experiences in the urban natural environment, and to enhance their nature affinity and ecological sensitivity through their five senses.
Families participating in the event spent a meaningful time with nature by engaging in various forest play activities related to fruits, such as making crafts using fruits, singing and dancing, and quizzes, all under the theme of ‘Deguldegul Yeolmaeya Nolja’.
