Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation Selects 37 Winners for 'IT Sector Employment and Startup Portfolio Contest'
Award winners are taking a commemorative photo at the contest awards ceremony held by the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation on the 20th at the Foundation's Southern Business Headquarters (located in Yongin City) in the Kkummaru building.
View original imageAt the ‘IT Field Employment and Startup Portfolio Contest’ hosted by the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, 37 individuals (teams) were honored with awards.
On the 22nd, the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation announced that on the 20th, it held an awards ceremony and an exhibition of the winning works at the Foundation’s Southern Business Headquarters (located in Yongin City) in the Kkum Maru building.
Earlier, until August 31, the Foundation accepted portfolios in four categories through the IT field employment and startup portfolio contest: user-based design (UX/UI), editorial design, emoticons, and video. As a result of the judging, out of 124 submissions, 37 individuals (teams) received plaques and a total prize money of 19.5 million KRW (with the grand prize being 3 million KRW).
The grand prize in this contest was awarded in the user-based design (UX/UI) category to Choi Jeong-yoon and Hwang Seon-ah for their work titled ‘WEEMIT: When We Meet, Noise Decreases.’
