Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education Holds Performance Report Meeting for School Informatization Support Center
The Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced on the 19th that it held a performance report meeting for the School Informatization Support Centers operated by local education support offices at Goheung Sun Valley Resort.
At the meeting, the results of the operation of the School Informatization Support Centers by city and county education support offices were shared, and excellent cases and development plans promoted by each region were discussed.

View original imageThe School Informatization Support Center is an institution that supports information tasks at schools by identifying resources of informatization devices at frontline schools, managing integrated maintenance, providing information task consulting, and operating an integrated information management system.
It also identifies problems and requirements of information infrastructure at each school and promotes the advancement of in-school computer networks tailored to each school's circumstances to improve the smart education environment.
Since starting pilot operations with two education support offices in February 2019, the Provincial Office of Education has expanded the operation of School Informatization Centers to all 22 city and county education support offices this year, establishing a 'Jeonnam-type school information task support system' that reduces the information task burden at schools.
