On the 19th (local time), British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, who visited Israel, described Hamas's attack on Israel as an "unspeakably horrific act of terrorism."
On the morning of the 13th day of the Israel-Hamas war, Prime Minister Sunak arrived at Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv, Israel, and expressed the UK's support for Israel to reporters, according to a report by BBC.
In a statement released before departing the UK, Sunak also said, "The death of every civilian is a tragedy," and pointed out, "Too many lives have been lost due to Hamas's horrific terrorist acts."
On the same day, Sunak is scheduled to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Yitzhak Herzog to express condolences and solidarity over Hamas's attack.
