"Conservative Right Hopes for a Landslide Victory in Next Year's General Election"
Former National Assembly member Jeon Yeo-ok revealed an update on her battle with terminal cancer.
On the 14th, Jeon posted on her blog that she has been undergoing chemotherapy since the 9th, writing, "I am hospitalized. From today, I can drink water, so I feel like I can survive," and shared recent photos of herself receiving treatment at the hospital.
She also expressed outrage, calling Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, and Lee Jun-seok, former leader of the People Power Party, "the two who provoke political disgust."
Under the title "Lee Jae-myung and Lee Jun-seok are on the same side!" she simultaneously attacked them, saying, "Leader Lee Jae-myung is a low-quality lawyer who serves rapists, murderers, and gangsters. Former leader Lee Jun-seok is a petty opportunist and a nuisance looking for something to gain here and there."
Addressing Ahn Cheol-soo, a People Power Party lawmaker who announced plans to file a complaint against former leader Lee Jun-seok with the party's Ethics Committee, she said, "This time, Ahn Cheol-soo has drawn his sword against Lee Jun-dol (Lee Jun-seok's nickname)," and urged, "Please wield it decisively so he won't be called 'Gan Cheol-soo' (a pun on Ahn Cheol-soo's name)."
Regarding internal opinions within the People Power Party to embrace former leader Lee Jun-seok, she called it "an eyesore," saying, "Embrace Lee Jun-seok? Then the genuine party members will leave. It's not because you are okay staying. We pay party dues because of President Yoon Seok-youl."
