DL E&C announced on the 13th that it has opened the housing exhibition center for 'e-Pyeonhansesang Gangdong Prestige One' and has officially started sales.
This complex, supplied through the Cheonho 3 District housing reconstruction maintenance project, is located in Gangdong-gu, one of the four Gangnam districts, and is situated in Cheonho New Town. It consists of 8 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 535 households, of which 263 small-to-medium-sized units with exclusive areas of 44 to 84㎡ will be available for general sale.
The number of units by type for general sale is ▲44㎡ 17 units ▲47㎡A 28 units ▲47㎡B 21 units ▲59㎡A 4 units ▲59㎡B 33 units ▲59㎡C 22 units ▲74㎡A 11 units ▲74㎡B 50 units ▲74㎡C 29 units ▲84㎡A 39 units ▲84㎡B 9 units. Move-in is scheduled for January 2026.
Applications will be accepted starting with special supply on the 23rd, followed by first priority on the 24th, and second priority on the 25th. Winners will be announced on November 2nd, and the official contract signing will take place over three days from the 14th to the 16th.
Gangdong-gu, where e-Pyeonhansesang Gangdong Prestige One is located, is a non-regulated area. Applicants must have a subscription savings account for at least 12 months and meet certain regional and area-specific minimum amounts. Residents aged 19 or older living in Seoul and the metropolitan area (Gyeonggi-do, Incheon) can apply regardless of household head status, including multi-homeowners. There are no restrictions on re-winning or mandatory residence, and the resale restriction period is one year. Since 60% of the total general supply is selected by lottery, younger generations such as youth and newlyweds with relatively low scores can also have a chance to win.
The sale price is also considered reasonable compared to nearby market prices. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s actual transaction data, the exclusive 84㎡ occupancy rights for ‘Olympic Park Foreon’ nearby were traded at 2.29615 billion KRW in April this year. Compared to the sale price (around 1.32 billion KRW), this is about 970 million KRW higher.
e-Pyeonhansesang Gangdong Prestige One applies a slab-type design (for some types) that allows cross ventilation. Additionally, all units of 74㎡ or larger feature walk-in closets, and also include dressing tables and highly functional utility rooms. Some units offer views of the Han River. Furthermore, amenities such as an indoor screen golf practice range, fitness center, GX room, kids lounge, and guest house will be provided.
