Most of the damage reports were concentrated in the Suwon area, and the majority of cases involved tenants who either did not receive their rental deposit back despite the contract expiration or sought legal consultation out of concern that they would not be able to recover their deposit in the future even though the contract period remained.
Currently, tenants have independently investigated and identified a total of 51 buildings owned by the Jeong family, of which 37 buildings with 675 households have confirmed unit counts. When adding the number of households in the remaining 14 buildings, the scale is expected to increase further.
