Chilly Tomorrow Morning... Beware of Large Temperature Differences and Dense Fog

View original imageAccording to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 12th, the morning low temperature is expected to be between 7 and 16 degrees Celsius. The daytime high temperature will range from 21 to 24 degrees Celsius, with a significant temperature difference of about 10 to 15 degrees Celsius between morning and afternoon, especially inland. The expected low and high temperatures for major cities are Seoul 13°C and 23°C, Incheon 14°C and 22°C, Daejeon 10°C and 23°C, Gwangju 13°C and 24°C, Daegu 11°C and 23°C, Ulsan 12°C and 21°C, and Busan 15°C and 23°C.
Dense fog is also expected in the morning. From dawn to morning the next day, fog reducing visibility to less than 200 meters will occur in inland Gangwon, Chungbuk, inland Jeolla, and southern inland Gyeongbuk. In other areas, fog will limit visibility to less than 1 kilometer.

As swells flow into the coast of Jeju, waves high enough to overflow rocky shores or breakwaters are expected. From the afternoon of the next day, strong winds of 30 to 45 km/h (8 to 13 m/s) will blow in the southern offshore waters of Jeju, with waves rising 1 to 3 meters high.
