A man in his 30s who repeatedly stalked his ex-girlfriend and harassed her by following her to her workplace despite a court-issued restraining order was arrested and detained.
The Gwangju Nambu Police Station announced on the 11th that they had arrested A (35) on charges of violating the Act on the Punishment of Stalking Crimes.
A is accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend by sending hundreds of text messages and visiting her residence and workplace over 130 times from May to July.
According to the police investigation, A committed these acts to demand reconciliation with his ex-girlfriend.
