"Completely Overhauled from Head to Toe" Jo Min Addresses Plastic Surgery Rumors, Releases Photos
"No Plastic Surgery Done Yet"
Cho Min, the daughter of former Minister of Justice Cho Kuk, revealed photos of her childhood. This came shortly after addressing plastic surgery rumors.
On the 6th, Cho Min posted on her Instagram story, "Old photos my mother found," sharing a series of pictures from her early childhood.
Cho Min's mother, former Dongyang University professor Jung Kyung-shim, was sentenced to prison for charges including her children's admission fraud and was paroled on the 27th of last month.
The photos that former Dongyang University professor Jung Kyung-shim found show Cho Min's childhood appearance.
On the 3rd, Cho Min celebrated reaching 300,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel by posting a commemorative video and holding a Q&A session.
She also addressed the plastic surgery rumors, saying, "I get a lot of questions about plastic surgery, but I don't know why there are such rumors," and added, "I have not had a single plastic surgery yet."
Referring to past photos, she said, "My middle school 3rd-grade graduation photo has been circulating on online communities," and denied the rumors by explaining, "I was at my heaviest weight ever. There is an 8kg difference compared to now, and based on that, I was accused of having everything from head to toe altered."
Since May, Cho Min has been running a YouTube channel and communicating with her subscribers.
Recently, she also published her first essay titled "I Am Moving Forward Today as Well." The book includes reasons why she had an average GPA in the 1-point range while attending the medical school at Pusan National University, controversies about "riding a Porsche," and her reasons for social media activities.
Meanwhile, former Minister Cho Kuk is serving a two-year prison sentence after being convicted in the first trial for charges related to his children's admission fraud and covering up Blue House inspections, with the appeal trial ongoing. Cho Min was indicted on admission fraud charges in August.
