Goheung-gun Promotes Yuja Festival at Busan International Tourism Expo

Attracting Visitors' Attention with Event Prize Giveaways

Goheung-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Gong Young-min) announced that it will participate in the 24th Busan International Tourism Expo held at BEXCO in Busan for four days from October 5 to October 8, operating the "Vitamin C Yuja Heaven" Goheung Tourism Promotion Booth.

This event, held to promote major domestic and international tourist attractions as well as various cultures and travel information, is hosted by Busan City and organized by the Busan Tourism Association, with participation from over 250 organizations from more than 40 countries showcasing diverse tourism programs.

Goheung-gun, jointly operating the tourism promotion booth with Jeollanam-do, is actively promoting the 3rd Goheung Yuja Festival, which will be held for three days starting November 3, providing visitors with a vivid experience and introducing the charm of Goheung, known as the roofless art museum.

At this event, various programs targeting tourists' preferences are held to differentiate from other promotion booths, including yuja beverage tasting events, Goheung knowledge quiz shows, Goheung tourism blog and SNS follow events, and festival roulette events.

In particular, attractive local products representing Goheung such as ▲yuja and pomegranate diffusers ▲Goheung keyrings ▲Guardian Angel Health Beauty ▲Heart Seaweed ▲yuja sticks were offered as prizes in event giveaways, capturing visitors' attention.

A county official stated, “Through this special international tourism expo with over 40 countries, we will widely promote our county’s excellent tourism resources and carry out tourism marketing to attract many domestic and international tourists to Goheung.”
