Incheon International Airport Corporation announced on the 6th that it will proceed with the recruitment process for new employees in the second half of 2023. The total number of recruits is 38. By field, there are 32 general positions (administrative and technical), 3 safety and security positions, and 3 research positions.
To enhance fairness in the recruitment process, the corporation is conducting blind recruitment based on the National Competency Standards (NCS). In particular, for general positions, applicants can apply regardless of their educational background, major, age, gender, or experience.
Applications must be submitted by 2 p.m. on the 19th. Applications must be submitted online through the Incheon International Airport Corporation recruitment website, and duplicate applications for multiple fields are not allowed.

The selection process follows the order of document screening, written test, essay test, and interview. The final successful candidates will be announced on December 27.
